Drink as many cups of tea as desired. Drink an extra cup of spring water each day per cup of alkaline tea consumed to assist in the purification process. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🌿 Preparing 7x7 AlkaHerb tea ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Use one tablespoon of herbs or one tea bag per two cups of water. Add boiling water. Allow the tea to infuse for a maximum of 2-3 minutes, then pour through a strainer or remove and discard the tea bag. It's important to steep the tea bag for no longer than three minutes in order for the tea to remain alkaline and to keep the energy rich minerals that do the cleansing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🌿 Consume specific quantities of the AlkaHerb tea daily? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Drink as many cups of tea as desired. 2 cups per day suffices for a more gentle purification and may also be used for maintenance and to alkalize the body. For specific health issues where your intention is to dissolve deposits a bit more aggressively (but still quite gentle compared to other cleansing techniques), for a minimum of two weeks... drink 1 Litre of the tea every day for a duration of your choice (20 - 30 days or more as necessary). Drink an extra cup of spring water each day per cup of alkaline tea consumed, to assist in the purification process. Pay close attention while dissolving deposits like kidney stones, gout, gallstones, cysts, polyps, tumor etc., as a healing event may occur. A healing event is where one experiences a temporary worsening of often the same very symptoms the person based their decision to cleanse on. If you experience any type of healing reaction, you may 'slow the detox' by reducing the consumption of tea by 1 or 2 cups per day - using your own judgment. While a healing event may occur and cause temporary discomfort, it is a sure sign that you are doing something right and are on the path to improved health, so you may decide to stick to your program and endure a bit of heightened symptoms knowing you will feel a lot better once you get to the other side! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
