Then began Master Fast 'weekly' version. Energy has skyrocketed!!! WARNING: This will not be the common experience. (As you would assume since most are coming from SAD diets.) Two years Raw, vegan has helped tremendously with the transition to fasting for regenerative detoxification!Β πŸ˜‡
Feeling light and strong all at once!πŸ™† πŸ’ͺΒ I'm almost two weeks in and have maintained 3 active yoga practices each week! Plus hour long walks in nature for time for contemplation which we know calms the mind and leads to alkaline reactions or strengthening of the body's resistance. 🌲 🌳 🐦 🌈 β˜€ ☁ Fasting allows the body to heal more rapidly from physical exertion and the AlkaBath salts baths draw out lactic acid with tremendous efficacy.
Happy to be building back strength! I remember when my body looked the best in my life a few years back but inside was the sickest I had ever been! Crazy how the physique can be so deceiving, eh!? People used to doubt how poor my health was if I was open about it with them, since the symptoms seemed to be 'invisible.' Many who I loved called me a hypochondriac. Apart from the allergies of course which when flared up, made it obvious to others I was sick! Sometimes I would be at work at a health food store and trying to offer helpful tips for health and healing to people and they would stop me and ask if I was sick! (They we afraid they were going to catch something! Ha!) I used to have to explain myself a lot! Who wants to take health advice from someone who is not displaying true Vitality right!? Makes me laugh... I used to take advice from an obese naturopath. I made excuses for her like, oh she may just be suffering with hormonal issues, it's not her fault she's overweight. I know now that when your body is in a state of homeostasis or balance, all hormones normalize. Don't get me wrong, I love all people and people of allΒ sizes! I understand this is a HUGE societal issue and we can't blame people for not knowing better since we are constantly sold theories and ides that make no sense. If anyone understands what it's like to be overweight it's me! I yoyo dieted my whole teenage and adult years while being put down and berated by others but worst of all by myself. Took much spiritual and emotional work to heal. But I have to be completely honest here, we do each have to take full responsibility for our health. The info is out there and available to anyone who is ready for this level of healing, you do have to be ready on all levels - emotionally, spiritually and you may have to search and experiment on your own body (the best science lab available!) to learn the truth. At least this way you will not be living in denial. Maybe after learning the truth someone will choose to remain unhealthy but at least we can recognize that will be a choice. 😯 😬 πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‡ ✌ πŸ’–Β 
In the past when I had my 5-6 day per week active ashtanga yoga practice, it left my body with beautiful proportions and lean muscle mass. However, I had chronic sinusitis, food intolerances, pain and inflammation in joints, poor memory, depression and low energy that was verging on chronic fatigue syndrome. (I'm sure if I complained enough to doctors I would have been diagnosed. Remember these so-called diseases are just names for a specific set of symptoms. Contrary to what most people think, they are not living breathing entities that decide to take us over! There is only dis-ease, meaning an overall lack of ease in the body.) I was Paleo for an entire year, even though every part of me since childhood hated the idea of taking an animal's life just so I could eat their flesh. I believed all the "science". (Science is always changing and worst of all can be paid for.)Β 
Through experience I have learned the truth is that by cutting out all animal products (including milk and cheese) from the diet, along with grains (the Paleo people were right about those!) and legumes (all 'dead' food), the body is not only able to heal itself of any health issue but it actually thrives in terms of its overall Vitality! I just feel simply AMAZING!!! Vitality is equal to the amount of power the body has minus it's obstructions which uses power to eliminate thus resulting in less overall Vitality. It didn't happen over night though guys! It was a slow and careful journey! This is why as a coach I am creating transition diets for my clients, friends and family.
