TischleinDeckDich Meal w/ Vegetables & Herbs

Ingredients

Quinoa, Millet, Dehydrated Vegetables; Potatoes, Tomatoes, Carrots, Onions, Leeks, Peas, Rice, Basil, Chives, Parsley

Quick prep method 

Add 8 tbsp TischleinDeckDich to glass or ceramic bowl. Pour approx. 270ml boiling water on top. Stir well, cover and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Season with fresh herbs and/or Herbamare sea salt.

For a small serving: Substitute 5 tbsp above and 170ml water.

Stove top method

Combine 8 tbsp TischleinDeckDich and appox. 320ml of water or vegetable broth. Add 1 tsp pesto or choice of vegetable oil such as coconut oil. Stirring occasionally bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 3-5 mins or until liquid is fully absorbed. Season with fresh herbs and/or Herbamare sea salt.
